Privacy Policy
Email to PDF is built around one simple promise: your data never leaves your Mac.
No data collection. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, email contents, file metadata or usage analytics. Period.
100% offline. Email to PDF runs entirely on your Mac. It never needs an internet connection to read .msg, .eml or .emlx files, preview them or export PDFs.
App Sandbox. The app runs inside Apple's App Sandbox, which means it can only access files you explicitly open. It cannot read other files on your Mac, contact servers or run background processes.
Summary
Email to PDF does not collect, transmit or store any personal data. All file processing happens locally on your Mac. No analytics. No tracking. No cookies.
1. Data controller
The data controller for any communication you choose to send us is the developer of Email to PDF. Contact: support@bojcuk.com.
2. What data we process
The Email to PDF macOS app does not collect or transmit any personal data. The .msg, .eml and .emlx files you open, their contents and any PDFs you export stay on your Mac. We do not see them, store them or send them to any server. The app does not include analytics, crash reporting, advertising IDs, telemetry or third-party SDKs.
3. This website (emailtopdf)
This marketing website does not set tracking cookies, use analytics or fingerprinting. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention; they are not used to profile visitors.
4. Support email
If you email support@bojcuk.com, we process the email address and message content solely to answer your request (lawful basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Support emails are deleted once the conversation is resolved, and at the latest after 24 months.
5. App Store purchases
Purchases of Email to PDF are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. Apple is the merchant of record and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We only receive aggregated, anonymous sales reports from Apple — never your name, email or payment details.
6. Third parties
We do not share, sell or transfer any data to third parties. The app does not contact any of our servers. Apple may collect data related to App Store distribution and crash reporting under its own terms; this is outside our control.
7. International transfers
Because the app does not transmit data, no international data transfers occur. Support emails sent to support@bojcuk.com may be processed in the European Union by our email provider.
8. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we hold no data about you unless you have emailed us, in most cases there is simply nothing to access or delete. 9. Children
Email to PDF is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly process their personal data.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
