Terms of Use
The plain-English terms for using Email to PDF.
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using the Email to PDF macOS app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
Email to PDF is licensed, not sold. Apple grants you a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Mac App Store Terms of Service. The €2.99 one-time purchase covers personal use and ongoing updates for the lifetime of the product.
3. Permitted use
You may use Email to PDF to open .msg, .eml and .emlx files you own or are authorised to read, and to export them as PDFs for personal or business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the App.
4. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to make Email to PDF reliable, we cannot guarantee that every email file will render perfectly or that the App will be free from defects.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Email to PDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of the App.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple under the Mac App Store policy. To request a refund, use Apple’s "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com).
7. Privacy
Email to PDF processes files entirely on your Mac and does not collect personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
